Does anybody know what thickness in millimeters the thermal pads provided with the J46J2 and 4D5V9 VRM Heatsinks (in the Aurora R10 Ryzen Edition) are?

(should be same for both) J46j2 and 4d5v9. I just bought both new via ebay.
2mm: upper, touching VRM
1mm: lower, touching motherboard
